Electromagnetic Energy Devices and Other Energy Devices of the Future

I am writing this hub to answer a question as to what alternative power sources exist beyond the conventional sources of power we all know about mainly hydro-electric, nuclear, coal burning solar cell, heat conversion, and wind collection. I hope this answers that question.

Electromagnetic Generator:

What is an electromagnetic energy device? Well the simple answer is it is a device that uses electromagnets or permanent magnets placed in an array where the polar positive and negative fields of electromagnets create a push pull effect which in turn spins a rotor creating mechanical energy that is then channeled into a commutator ( A commutator is a electrical switch that electric generators use to reverse the electrical currents direction between the rotor and a external circuit ) and this pulsed energy is then converted into electricity. This electricity is Direct Current or DC unlike the Alternating Current or AC we are all so used to seeing and using in our everyday lives. Amazingly enough this technology is older than AC power and was the first type of electricity used by our modern era. Large Dynamo motors and generators were used in factories in the 1800s for electrical power! We see these systems in use all the time from the alternator in your car which converts energy into AC current to generators in use at dams. The thing here is that it is magnetic s alone that is creating the energy and when these devices are switched on they can create perpetual energy for as long as they are operational

The SEG Device:

A little known man by the name of John R.R. Searl; his invention is a circular three ring center with each ring comprised of a separate conductive material the outer surface being copper. On the outside of each of the three sets of concentric rings are coils that when are exposed to a electromagnetic charge rotate around the surface of the copper ring creating an electrical field of energy. The electromagnets are placed in an array around the entire apparatus to create the North (push) South (attract) dipole effect which is what causes the movement. Harnessing the energy of these super fast moving coils can power an entire home.

I can hear it now; "ARE YOU SERIOUS?" The answer is YES I AM! these radio-active decay power sources are capable of running for many many years and they create enough power to even operate space probes trillions of miles from the earth after 20 plus years! Now I'm not saying that we should have them available like a battery at the supermarket but I am saying that in homes and vehicles these power-sources would eliminate the need to ever have to buy a battery again.

Tesla Coils:

Electrostatic collectors are devices that take the static electricity out of the environment and run the current into a device known as a van de graph generator. Large electrostatic generators are loud and produce magnificent electrical displays but as long as a subject is grounded will not shock spectators. Nicola Tesla wanted to harness this DC power-source that existed in nature by creating collectors that would draw the power of the ionosphere into collectors and then have these collectors run all over cities to power homes and businesses. He called these devices Tesla-Coils and they are now nothing more science-fair gadgets.

Thermal Electrical Materials:

Using materials that can produce energy by using the laws of thermal dynamics from heat conversion to cold. The energy created in this process is about the same as the difference from heat to cold but when this energy is converted into a current and then routed correctly the charge can be boosted. These devices can be used to create small electronics and can power themselves just by being set in the sun or on a heated surface and they will charge themselves. These materials are already in existence and the principles for this energy production capability have been around for almost a century!

Amazingly enough almost all electricity is made by it, it is everywhere you go and in everything you do! In this area of energy conversion the idea is that mass and velocity produce potential energy in the fact the energy is kinetic. By reversing the flow of energy one can use something akin to a tether where the tether would be swung from a centrifuge and the kinetic energy is converted into electrical power and run back down the tether to a collector. Kinetic energy is all around us all the time, you experience it when you take a walk, when you drive in a car and feel inertia pulling you as you stop or slow down. This energy could be used to create free electricity. Already people have made homemade hobby generators out of home gym equipment like stationary bikes which turn a gear that powers a turbine to create electricity.
